Seabourn hosted 40 top media partners and travel advisors at a special dinner at Chef Thomas Keller's newest North America- based dining venue The Surf Club Restaurant. The restaurant is located just north of Miami in Surfside, Florida in the recently revamped iconic Miami Club.

The menu is an extension of The Grill by Thomas Keller available on board all five Seabourn ultra-luxury ships. The Surf Club Restaurant honors the location's history of good times and grand parties through classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience.

"You have all been part of this opening by helping me formalize best practices and develop standards for our success," Chef Keller wrote to the Seabourn Encore team in August. "I am grateful to work with you and appreciate your efforts."
